Oakbridge Construction remodeled our basement. Subcontractor included the rough drywall installation company.  They performed their work very efficiently--in one day. Taping, mudding, sanding and finish work was done by Oakbridge.  A new electrtical circuit-breaker box was installed and circuits labeled.  A big improvement.  Framing and ceiling (duct work boxing) lumber was all first quality.  Closet doors, casings, floor moldings were all high quality.  Suspended ceiling, four-way heat vent and eye-ball lights look great, function well.  Double bi-fold door to laundry room provides easy access and looks attractive. Workmanship was excellent. No cracks or nailpops are evident...switches, duplex outlets all work well. Recessed ceiling lights...greatly improved brightness in what was a drab old basement.  Oakbridge maximized the space in our somewhat small basement. Bob McGuire was always pleasant and courteous. Running other projects concurrent with ours, he usually made us aware of when he would be on-site. (He) was very professional from early floor plan sketches to completion of the project. He was receptive to our ideas and offered several suggestions for improving the overall look of the basement.  He was able to correct construction errors made by the original builder.  Bob did not deviate from original price quotation. Because our home is a quad-level, the basement covers one-half of the house. Daily cleanup was mandatory. Oakbridge swept, vacuumed and organized materials frequently.  Even during the drywall sanding...dust was kept to a minimum. We were very pleased with the finished product...everyone who sees it is impressed.
